Experience since 1987
Our aircraft and helicopters are in operation for ambulance transports 365 days a year, around the clock throughout Europe. We fly urgent transplant flights with teams of doctors and organs, transport injured or seriously injured patients from Germany and abroad to their destination hospital or home.
Our aircraft are equipped with the latest LifePort stretcher systems, have oxygen and 12/24/220 volt connections. With our fleet, we offer ideal conditions for intensive care transportation. With a large cabin volume of 6.66 m³ and a maximum payload of 1.7 tons, the transport of incubators, ECMO or IABP is possible without restrictions.
With a top speed of 320 km/h and a range of up to 800 km, we are on the road throughout Germany. The safe and gentle transportation of our patients is our top priority. The aircraft can reach a speed of 750 km/h. The Cessna Citation Bravo has a range of almost 2000 kilometers and can therefore cover an even larger radius.

Johanniter Air Rescue
As a wholly-owned subsidiary, we operate the intensive care transport helicopters of Johanniter Luftrettung. We use AIRBUS helicopters. Our helicopters are fully equipped for night flights and fly secondary and primary missions during the day and at night.
German Organ Procurement Organization
We have already established three locations in close cooperation with the German Organ Transplantation Foundation. We transport organs or fly transplant teams to operations. We use Piper aircraft and Cessna jets. Our aircraft are fully operational around the clock, 365 days a year.
